Welcome to all Pastors and Church leaders. In previous leadership conferences throughout U.S.A., Mexico, Europe, Benin Republic, Togo and Nigeria, God moved with incredible power and anointing upon hundreds of Pastors and church leaders who attended. We have been blessed to see multitudes of men and women equipped with greater effectiveness by the practical and impactful teaching of out faculty members. The command given to the church is “Go and make disciples of all nations, instructing them to live according to the principles of the kingdom of God.” This commission clearly places the responsibility for producing the quality leaders that the nations and the world needs upon the shoulders of the Christian – the church yet it is sad even the church itself is in need of quality leadership. Today, the responsibility to meet this need is the challenge of our generation for the sake of the generation to come. This conference is designed to focus on developing and refining your leadership qualities and to awaken and enhance the potential leader hidden within you. Jesus said, “Follow me I will make you …” He takes the faithful and make them able.

There are individuals who would never have been accepted as leadership material; and yet become some of the greatest leaders in history. Moses, a fugitive and murderer and a man who presented every excuse why he should not be considered for leadership, become the greatest law giver in history.
David, an insignificant shepherd boy who was considered the least in his family has his place in history as the greatest king the nation of Israel has ever produced.

It is a misconception that only special people are called to the lofty position of leaders. I believe there is a leader in everyone waiting to serve his or her generation. It is important you change your concept of leadership now and see yourself the way your creator sees you. We are not all the same, but we are all leaders in our own unique way.
I pray that God will use this conference to help you to discover yourself and know your strengths and weakness And how to fully deploy your strengths and compensate for your weaknesses
